SPDP
In consultation with the Dean / Director of each Faculty and School (or their designate) along with the eLearning Advocate nominated by the Dean or Director we have identified areas of professional development and support unique to each Faculty and School. Some of these have been related to assisting staff with OBE, the challenges related to 3+3+4 reform, personalized assistance for a subject, a variety of suggested workshops and templates in order to assist staff in easily incorporating effective Blended Learning approaches (using WebCT OR the new Moodle).

We have called this a Strategic Professional Development Plan (or SPDP) and you can view the SPDP for your Faculty / School below;
